Gamble founded SearchWide in 1999 with an initial focus on hospitality executive recruiting. Today, SearchWide has 5 offices around the country and is a leading, retained, executive recruitment firm serving the travel and tourism industry. SearchWide also specializes in association, non-profit, and government as well as other travel related markets.

Prior to founding SearchWide, Gamble served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau (PCVB). While at the PCVB, he was integral in directing the team that worked with him to attract nearly every major convention in the hospitality industry, including Meeting Professionals International, American Society of Association Executives, The NBA All-Star game, and the 2000 Republican National Convention. In 1997, the Philadelphia Business Journal , named Gamble one of the most successful business leaders under the age of 40 in Philadelphia.

Prior to joining the PCVB, Gamble spent nine years with Marriott International, most recently as Regional Director of National Accounts/Midwest. He joined the Marriott International staff in 1986, as a sales trainee and held sales positions at the Dallas Quorum Hotel, the San Antonio River Center and the Chicago Downtown Hotel. He joined the National Sales Office in Chicago in 1991, and then was promoted to head up the office.

Gamble has been active in Meeting Professionals International (MPI). He served as the Chairman of the MPI Foundation Board of Trustees. He is also a member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and served on the PCMA foundation board of trustees and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives. Gamble has written columns that were published in The Meeting Professional and USAE. He is also a frequent speaker at national industry shows. Gambles extensive career in the hospitality industry began when he earned a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Jim Carra has significant years experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in hotel and convention and visitor bureau sales/marketing. Carra served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at the Baltimore Area Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Traverse City (MI) Convention and Visitors Bureau. In addition, he has experience in Director roles at luxury properties, convention hotels, and national sales in Washington DC, Chicago, Dallas, and New Orleans, with Loews Hotels, Fairmont, and Marriott.

Carra has served on national committees and held offices in the Professional Convention Management Association, the American Society of Association Executives, Institute of Association Management Companies, and Meeting Professionals International. He is also a frequent speaker and author of industry related issues related to recruiting and retention.

A native of Bay Shore, New York, Carra earned a B.S. in Hotel Management from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio.

Prior to joining SearchWide, John Marks served as President and CEO of the San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau from 1987-2006. The Bureau, founded in 1909, is San Francisco's official visitor promotion agency.

Marks served as National Chairman of the Travel Industry Association of America (TIA) in 2003, he is a Past Chairman and current member of its Foundation Board; served as Co-Chair of the U.S./Japan Tourism Export Expansion Initiative (2002-2005); was a founding member of the California Travel and Tourism Commission (1998-2003), and is Past President of the California Travel Industry Association (CALTIA) in 1999-2000.

From 1982 until his appointment to the San Francisco Bureau, Marks was president and CEO of the Phoenix & Valley of the Sun Convention & Visitors Bureau. Prior to 1982, he held posts as chief executive of the Arizona Office of Tourism, the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and on the staff of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce.

A native of San Francisco, Marks graduated from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California with a bachelor's degree in communications and he now resides in Tucson, AZ with his wife Marty.

Molitor's efforts in the marketplace were focused on corporate business originating from the East Coast and the manufacturing corridor of the Midwest.
